Music’s in the air! Last chance to vote for MO Productions!!

We’re in those last days of summer, and things are still HOT at MO Productions!

Our newest show, Limited Engagement, is back for September this Saturday, the 18th, and we can’t wait to entertain our audience will silly serenades, cheesy choreography and egregious emoting!  There’s still time to call and make reservations:

Limited Engagement – A Musical Murder Mystery featuring Gennipher Staroscik

Saturday, September 18th – The Broker Restaurant – 821 17th St, Denver, CO 80202

Doors open promptly at 6:00, Salads served at 6:30, Show ends around 9:30.

$50/person includes salad & bread, entree, dessert, non-alcoholic beverages, tax & tip. Bar bill separate.

Call 303.292.5065 for reservations and parking info.

Seating is Limited (no pun intended) so call to make reservations ASAP!

Curious as to what the show is like?  Take a look at our newly updated photo album for the show on the MO Productions website or on Facebook!  These great shots were taken by Greg Barman at our Dress Rehearsal last month.  As you can see, our audience is a major part of this show and they had a blast.  So can you!  At least 6 audience members become actual characters in every show, so you can grab your 15 minutes of fame for yourself, or… if you have someone you’d like to have us pick on so you can watch them squirm, come to a show and point that person out to our Stage Manager, and we’ll wrangle them into the show.  Our shows are turning into the place to be for a birthday celebration, so come on out!

Everyone has a great time at our shows!

“Limited” will be back for October and November, and then will start up again in January after the holidays.  See our Calendar for all the dates!

Can’t make it to “Limited” this weekend?  Well, then come out next weekend and see The Return of Sherlock Holmes on the 25th!  Times are the same as above.  “Sherlock” continues to keep ’em laughing hard, and we’re gearing up for a special night for our October performance.  Saturday, October 30th will be a special Halloween night and we will feature Tarot and other readings by some very talented local people during Happy Hour before seating begins.  More details to come next month once we have everything finalized.  It should be a fun night for all, and also let you have a great dinner and show before heading out to other Halloween parties that night!

The Denver 7 A-List voting period ends this Friday, the 17th.  MO Productions is in the running for Best Theatre Group, but we need your help to place in the Top 3!!  At last count, we were in 5th Place, so we need as many votes as possible by Friday.  Please vote.  If you have more than one e-mail address, please register each one and vote.  We can’t do this without you, and placing in the Top 3 would be a BIG win for us.  Go to http://ctvr.us/moproductions to register and vote!!

As we look towards the holidays, we have locked in four special Sundays for our new holiday show, Have a Holly Jolly Murder, for performances at The Broker!  As soon as performance times are set, we will add these shows to our Calendar.  The show is currently being written, and we will be holding auditions in October.  Keep an eye out on our website and this blog for audition information once that is set as well.  “Holly Jolly” will be performed at The Broker for public shows, and is also available for other private or public shows during December and possibly January, depending on availability.  But call and book now to lock in a show for your group party or fund raiser.

For all our fans back in PA, our sister company, White Rose Productions, will be debuting their newest show, All in the Family: The Case of the Missing Meathead, on Friday, October 10th.  Take a look at this motley crew…

So, go out and support Cheryl Lynn and her wacky bunch if you’re in that neck of the woods!  White Rose Productions has also expanded their offerings beyond Murder Mystery and also has Tarot Readings, Psychic Salons, and Stand-Up Comedy!  Check it out!

Thank you, as always, for your continued support.  We hope to see you at a performance soon, or have you recommend a potential venue to us.  You’re word of mouth is truly our best advertising, and we thank you for it!

Kind Regards,

Matthew D. Osmun – Producer/Director
